More UEFA Nations League football last night. Andy Robertson captained Scotland away in Poland, alongside Liverpool team-mate Ben Doak.

Scotland opened the scoreline just 3 minutes into the first half. Ben Doak assisted, he laid the ball back towards the penalty spot for John McGinn who slotted the ball into the bottom right-hand corner.

Kamil Piatkowski would equalise for Poland just before the hour mark.

However, with 92’ minutes played Andy Robertson rose like a salmon at the back post to head home a winner for Scotland. The shot going in off the post leaving the goalkeeper with no chance, sending the tartan army into pandemonium and securing a memorable 1-2 win.

It was a great night for our full backs! Man of the match Conor Bradley also headed home for Northern Ireland at home to Luxembourg. Unfortunately the result would end 2-2. However, Northern Ireland have already secured progression to Group 2 of the UEFA Nations League.
