Back to business for Liverpool, Alonso saga continued and more…

– After yesterday’s trophy win, attention now turns to the FA cup on Wednesday night. Liverpool’s hunt for a quadruple this season started in the perfect manner, but it is now back to business for Klopp’s men as they prepare to host second-tier Southampton. With the current state of the squad, it is highly likely that starts will be handed to numerous young players, including Danns, McConnell and Clark. It also seems likely that 16-year-old talent Trey Nyoni will make his Liverpool debut, a huge moment for the youngster. Every game is a cup final now for Liverpool during the run-in, and everyone has to come together and push our young reds over the line.🔴

– The Liverpool managerial saga is still ongoing, and new reports are suggesting that Xabi Alonso prefers the prospect of joining Liverpool and plying his trade in the Premier League. Bayern Munich will still be a threat to Liverpool, but at this moment in time they are the favourites.

– According to Paul Joyce, Liverpool are planning an open-top bus parade at the end of this season, to give supporters a chance to say farewell to Jurgen Klopp. This will be regardless of any extra trophies being won. It will be a fantastic day and a fitting tribute to Jurgen.❤️
